Hi Nasist60 We are going to use a guy called Stuart Hillard. Im a site manager in England and we meet him for a meal when we were in N/C about 3 weeks ago, we had a long chat and he knows what he is talking about. The email number for him is compasscyprus@yahoo.com Say Paul & Kay gave you his email number. Good luck Paul

Hi Nadine, Stuart Hillard has FRICS (Chartered Surveyor) qualifications, and I've heard good reports about him. Do keep in mind, however, that if you need to go to a TRNC court with your findings you may have to use a TRNC registered surveyor. This link is from Mal & Maggies Home Buyers Pressure Group site: http://3c-hpg.com/surveyors.htm greenman

Nadine Whoever you use for your snagging ensure they take photos and itemise each snag eg. Kitchen snag 1 - window latch needs replacing. Kitchen snag 2 - etc etc This will ensure you can sign things off effectively !! Believe me it works !! Regards

The info on this page has been most useful and I have already sent an e-mail to Compass. We visited in March and were a little concerned about the standard of the build to our property and were at a loss as to how to approach it and have confidence in the continuing development. This could be the answer.
