Park Lane offers accomodation in 16 ensuite double rooms set around the 15 mtr swimming pool.

The spacious bar and restaurant overlooks the swimming pool of which all our guests and visitors have free use.

Our facilities include a pool table and free wireless internet access.

Our entertainments and special night are shown on the Cyprus44 events schedule but usually include:

Karaoke on Thursdays, Pool Part with DJ on Fridays from 7.30pm, Cyprus Night with Belly Dancer on Saturdays, Happy Hours (Half Price) from 4.30pm to 6.30pm on Fridays and on Sundays from 1pm to 3pm.



We are available to groups of all kinds for functions, call us to find out more. We are able to host birthday parties, wedding parties, keep fit groups, language classes, poker nights and much else.

Park Lane is in Alsancak from Girne turn left after Severners by Golden Lady then first left sign posted to Sunny Lane school. Continue to the roadabout turn right, the road then bears right to Riverside do not go right but contine forward & this road bears round to the right. Parlk Lane will be in front of you.

Turn left at the Golden Lady, left again at The Cyprus Queen (Corner Bar) then right at the roundabout towards Riverside then bear right and you will see Park Lane ahead of you.

Rose, i'd love to come and pop in...but i don't have transport and walking from the golden lady might be a bit too much..(golden lady is where i would get off the bus)....but if i can get someone to bring me i will definately pop in!

Open from breakfast time but during the day I spend my time flitting between Park Lane and Belvu Car Rentals as needs must. Most likely to be at Belvu in the morning then at Park Lane in the evenings and in between in the afternoons. Makes for a longish day.
