You can try this email which I used a few months ago an got a response.

ulkerbaysen@yahoo.com

Make sure you quote your application number and preferably the date it was lodged so they can check it more easily.

Yavas Yavas arrry, nothing moves quickly here except for the cars.! We were told by our esteemed solicitor that we would have our deeds (kocan) in April and paid another £250 for this to be done. Yes you have guessed it still no deeds and now soliciter say go to the lands office and try to hurry them up yourself. I DON'T THINK SO AFTER PAYING HIM £250 TO DO IT. Plus the interest that we have lost we would have been better keeping the money in the bank.

It's just strange that friends of mine have theirs already , well ahead of others ,who applied earlier. Is the solicitor to blame for not hurrying them up or do they just throw them up in the air and see who's come down the quickest !!!! HHMMMM i wonder ........

Try either info@trncproperty.eu or a private email I used tugci@hotmail.com

Don't leave it to your Advocate to tell you - it's best to find out for yourself.

Thanks for useful info. Rick and Aussie. It does look like it's pot luck

but like to know for sure. I quite agree you shouldn't have to do this

when you've paid solicitor to do it, and he doesn't even have the

courtesy to reply.

iHi Rick,

Thank for the help. I tried nfo@trncproperty.eu but didn't get a reply. I will have a go at tugci@hotmail.com now and see if that works.

Have either you or Aussie had any recent success with any of these email addresses?

neil27,

It is info@trncproperty.eu

tuci@hotmail.com was the email address of the lady that works in the department. There is of course the possibility that she no longer works there. Do not expect a reply straight away it may take a week or so depending on how busy they are.

As I said I got my PTP in November 2008 having moved into the property in April 2006.

Thanks again Rick. I'm glad you got a reply, but it was over a week ago that I tried that email address - perhaps it has changed since 2007/2008.

Rick

How did you pay all your taxes before you got your PTP?

Hector,

In April 2008 I paid the higher rate of tax on the Purchase Price of the property to my Advocate, should he manage to get the builder to pay his taxes at the lower rate before 30th September 2009 I will receive my Kocan and my Advocate will owe me the difference in tax.

I do understand that the money could have been in my bank earning interest for me rather than my Advocate, I just wanted the whole buying process to be completed as soon as possible, and at that time thought it would move the whole process forward more quickly (how wrong was I).

The email address I gave worked when I used it around 4 months ago and I got a response within a few days.

I also used the tugci@hotmail.com address and got a reply that they were looking into it but only got the actual response back from the address I posted (ulkerbaysen@yahoo.com ) confirming approval.

Interestingly they never informed my advocate that it had been approved many weeks before so its worth following up yourself.

Good luck to all with this.

Ring 'em up!

0090 392 611 1127

Ask to speak to Sevil - she has passable English

Best to ring about 10:00 am local time, so they've had their first few coffees and woken up...

Better still, go round there and enquire - make sure she actually goes and gets the file instead of just looking at the computer sceen (which can be months out of date, the speed that they work at...)

If you can't make it, give a friend your reference number, and get them to go for you.

Keith.
