| Hiya,
We're looking to rent long term in the Catalkoy - Lapta area.
Unfortunately we do have a budget of 225 - 250 GBP Per month.
We are very reliable and honest tenants & we do not have any pets. However we are smokers but I do not allow smoking in properties, only on balconies or outside away from the apartment ( i don't like the smell to be honest. )
Please let me know if you would be interested in letting this property out to us for long term.

| Sharny I have a two bedroom apartment in Lapta near Dilegno Furniture shop (as you pass Capitano restaurant)
Communal Pool Fully furnished
Its at 250 pounds
