Anyone know of a consignment or resale shop that sells second-hand things, especially kids' things?

There's 'TAG' on the South side - operates a bit like the Grattans catalogue shops or TK Maxx, selling returned goods / excess stock etc.

Simple directions: -

From Metehan crossing, follow the signs for Larnaca (Airport) until you reach the Olympic Rings roundabout, then take the first exit from the roundabout (turn left, in other words) and follow the road until you see TAG on the left, JUST past a set of traffic lights.

If you've got the kids with you, keep 'em looking LEFT, so that they don't see the MacDonalds on the RIGHT

There is a shorter route, but I don't want you to get lost!

Nothing like it in the North, to the best of my knowledge - there are charity shops like KAR of course, if you're interested - behind the Fire Station in Girne, which is down the street alongside the telephone exchange, opposite the Post Office, Law Courts etc.

There is a second hand shop at Karakum, sells furniture and bikes etc. From Lemars going towards Catalkoy, on left by turning to Tanners and opposite turning to Bellapais and the new school.
