| The development in Incesu/Alsancak is being built by Cafer Yucelgazi. He has ceased building as he has run out of cash. however, he now has a new partner - anyone know who this is? and they are proposing to buy the land our houses are on - Advice please!! HELP!!! |

| KatyMcM, If you have registered your contract at the Land Office, then as I understand it, no other transactions can take place for that land without your agreement (exception - if land was already mortguaged when you registered it). Who owns it now, the builder or a third party? |

| I have now found out that I have been lied to for 3 years - Our house is not registered as the landowner Hasan Sungur has not signed the contract - there is no building permit - so why was an told by Sener Law Firm to pay £4500 for an electric transformer when we cannot even have electric |
