Rogerdodger,

It's right over on the other side of Girne - probably take you well over an hour!

So, head into town, round the 'ring road', and carry on heading West, signposted for Lapta (although you're not going 'quite' that far).

In Alsancak, take the left fork at the 'Golden Lady' (don't worry, you can't miss it!) and Cyprus Queen Bar / Restaurant is on the left, it's on the corner of the first road that you come to.

While you're in the area, you might also like to visit Lillie (Liz) and Guido at their Deli /Bistro - that's on the main road, so instead of turning left at the Golden Lady, go straight on for 100 meters or so, and it's on your right.

Park Lane Bar / Restaurant is also worth a visit - it's up the road that Cyprus Queen is on the corner of (does that make sense?) - anyway, up there, first right, and right again, and you're there. You will also pass Açmenya restaurant - excellent local cuisine.

Don't forget your passports! - We don't let 'Easties' in without

HI Guys. we are doıng well tonıght but ıt has come to my attentıon that a few gossıpers have suggested that our name the alsancak queen has a reference to beıng a gay bar although we are not homophobıc we would not wısh to lose custom based on thıs type castıng: ın fact we are doıng well and would enjoy entertaınıng you all we have a fantastıc menu and experıenced chef beautıful gardens plenty of parkıng and look forward to meetıng you ın the future
