the attitude of the staff. the owners son stated he is there just for his pleasure. obviously he's not interested in happer customers or serving fresh food. i'm sorry but i won't be visiting again and that's a shame because our first mealwas lovely. but we don't have money to throw away. please be warned in case you have a complaint here.

I am the partner of the owner which i am there during the day time and we have met before. First of all Denise we are sorry that you are upset. Our aim is to provide a very good service and friendly atmosphere and make friends and i can gurantee you we do. We do not see people as money boxes. We have opened this restaurant for business and pleasure and we are treating everyone as a part of Paparas. I had a meeting with everyone this morning as what happened at Paparas Restaurant last night with yourselves. My waitress was crying last night because she was upset how she was treated from yourselves. She took about half an hour last night to sort herself out at the back this is the time you guys were started seen by another waitress ( i don't know if you have noticed). At this time she was again treated in a very rude matter which she asked the OWNER to help out not the owners son. When the owner friendly appproached he was calm even though the waitress was

upset. Your husband started saying loudly that the meat is smelly and even the chef at the back which is your husbands friend heard. So the owner went at the back to check if it was smelly and your husband should no better that the chef don't lie It wasn't smelly. We had other guess having dinner also heard. Just think about the situation. I know you guys were out to have fun and consuming lots of alcohol but ruining other businesses reputation is not the right way. Our food and service is excellent and i am leaving the situation on my other customers hand please comment and tell us yourselves what do you think. Always beleive what you see not heard

i think you have us mixed up with other customers! my husband is not loud nor did he raise his voice. we just came in and placed our order and waited. why a waitress would be crying i have no idea and why she should say we went and helped ourself to the ketchup and mayo i don't knowe because we asked politely and it was brought to us. we are not complaining people but we do expect to get what we pay for. my husband discreetly spoke to you about the lamb. there was no problem with the chicken and you told him if he didn't like it not to come back. yes the chef is his friend and he was apologising which was more than you did. my husband tried to eat the meat but had to spit it into his tissue he asked me to try and i couldn't because the smell was awful. we were told by the chef that it was bought that day and maybe it was. we were not questioning yourselves directly as this could be a butchers fault. in this weather extra care has to be taken with foods. our problem was when we

addressed the problem. the matter was not dealt with proffessionally. we as customers should have been taken seriously. we are honest people and never before in all my years here have i seen such behaviour. my husband's money is hard earned and we were bitterly disappointed, but my husband is a gentleman not the picture you are tying to now paint. he wanted no fuss. after you said for us not to come back if we didn't like it my husband went and paid the whole bill even though he'd just eaten chips and rice! and does 2 beers each constitiute lots of alcohol? we are not out to ruin anyones reputation but as an unsatisfied customer i am mearly warning other customers of your attitude should they have a problem. people are posting negative remarks all the time about restaurants it helps these places pull there socks up, perhaps you should use this as a learning curve for the future.

Dear Denise,

It is not possible that the waitress told you to help yourselves with mayo and ketchup if yes tell me where is kept???? I am sure your husband is good person that is why you married him for. Trust me everybody earners there money in hard way. People don't born rich. If it was me in Paparas and the food was smelly i would not asked the remaining food to be taken away even the salad?? that is what you did. I do not want to go on any futher with this conversation. All i can say is that it is a shame we couldn't make you happy because we like happy endings and we are upset that you are upset. If you want make peace come and have our cappuccino and we chat through. All i can say to who ever read this if you want to see who we are come and see it yourselves and make up your mind. Our food is fresh, juicy and tasty that is why in 4 weeks of opening we had customers come back again and again .Mrs Denise is one of them . We are proud of ourselves. Have a good day

You should have nipped this one in the bud by inviting Denise and Hubby to return for a complimentary dinner rather than procrastinating and trying to justify your position. This publicity does you no good whatsoever.

The cappacino offer is to melt the ice between Denise and Paparas, can you have a dinner if you angry? because I can't.
