| Medview advertised this in their recent newsletter. They are planning 2 sites I believe. To my knowledge no deeds have been issued yet, but a conversation I had with Ali Safa suggests he is desparately trying to get the deeds at Sunrise Beach Club issued and has personally visited the appropriate authorities at leat twice in this issue, he owns about 18 properties there still for sale, it will be a very positive marketing tool for him if he can succeed as this topic is on everyone's lips and will reflect on future sales within the many properties they have for sale. As an owner and running the homeowners association at SBC I am watching this space very carefully. They did publish in their first newsletter that they were not issuing deeds on any developments as the land is part of a larger development, I suggested SBC was a stand alone development and we now have deeds issue progressing. I have no evidence to support the SBC deeds issue, only the word of Ali Safa ?. |
