Planning to retire to North Cyprus at the end of September. When can we apply for temp residency. We are not sure how many 90 day visa's we are "allowed".

If you are planning on living here from when you arrive in September, you can apply for temporary residence anytime during the 90 days you will have stamped in your passport upon entry.

Chicken,

Anytime from the day that you arrive but is more than likely to be the next working day after you've landed as, apart from the Stansted Red Eye flight, we don't get any planes landing during during normal office hours taht have come from beyond Turkey.
