just wondering if anybody on cbp has had a update.e mailed nurten a couple of times.no response as yet,i.m sure she will get back to me when she has 5 minuites.got a week of in aug may have to go over to see whats happening if no response.seems a bit daft to waste money to go and look,but cant think of anything else to do.not very happy to say the least.

We have bought cbp c3. spoke to Nurten several times on the phone. Going out tomorrow for two weeks, meeting Nurten on Mon. and doing our final checks on Tue. Furniture being delivered Wed.

hi cbp owners.

spoke to nurten this morning.she said they will be sending for final payments next week.the downstairs walls are going in shortly and electric is waiting to be connected very soon.anybody having furniture delivered before they get there will need a key holder,to except delivery.

good night on a friday if you get the right crowd in.bar b night and live music.you should have asked steve how much it is for a taxi,i,m sure he,d sought you out.last time we were in on a friday good sing a long,bit hungover the next day though.glad you enjoyed,probaly make it me local in time.were only 5mins by car but still a long way to walk.usually take car there and get taxi back ,then go back the next day to pick it up.

Hi all, i was there today and spoke to Eurocoasts engineer, who told me that he hopes to have the road finished, the electricity connected and the water on, in three weeks. Looking at what they still have to do, i would think that he was spot on.

its not the views i,m bothered about mate.we have a granchild and its a bit of a drop.they were suppose to be putting a wall up to the perimeter of the site,but when we were there in may they said it would cost to much.so they were reverting to chicken wire.its a bit easy to climb and made my feelings known.just wondered if they.d changed their minds.he is only a youngster and i know kids shouldnt do this and we should keep our eyes on him,but kids are kids.

Hi Clayton, sorry about the delay in replying but i've got my family out at the moment so am running around like a headless chicken.

I went past your site yesterday, and they are just about ready to put the tarmac down on the entrance road and car park, all the paths are done and the railings are around the patios.

I could not see any sign of a fence near the ravine, but maybe that will be done when the roads ect are complete. I would say that in another week or two it will all be finished.

If i get the chance i will go over in the next couple of days and see if i can find out if the water and electric have been connected.

Hi clayton, went past your site yesterday and had a look at the rear of your place. Evergreen have put a wire fence up around your block so it looks safe but not very attractive. They are still doing work near the ravine so maybe something else could be done when the bar/gym/community block is finished.

The pathways are all done and the road was being leveled ready for tarmac. I live on the crystal bay view site on the mountain side of the road, Libby and Les are friends of mine so i will probably meet you next month while they are here. It looks like the site will be finished very shortly, but at the moment we are having real problems getting water, so Evergreen maybe will not be able to fill your pool, if they can it will be a bonus, but water is scarce here just now.

Hi again, the road has been tarmaced today, and i was talking to Danny, Evergreens engineer, he said kib tec had been today and signed off the electric ready for connection of the meters, and he told me that he can get water for the pool, so it looks like you can all enjoy your new places very shortly.

cbp update

the irrigation system is almost complete and most of the plants have been put in place.the painters are there painting the railings.the swimming pool was being cleaned yesterday.will take quite a few cleans to make it spot on.i have been told the imediate area around the pool will be grassed.there are a lot of gardeners on site .the new road at the side of hampshire was started yesterday,so personally i think the site is coming on nicely.i would just like to say a big thankyou to paul farmer and his wife chris for all the help they gave us while we were out there.and for all the hard work they are putting into crystay bay.

Hi all CBP.s

Just returned after 2 weeks holiday, our apartment was completed, including the snags, and we took possession but unfortunately Kibtek did not fit our meter until the last day of our holiday so did not stay in our apartment.

Site is looking really good, landscaping nearly complete, grass is starting to grow, roads tarmacced and block paving complete.

The access from the main road was due to be tarmacced this week.

Site seems to be in good hands with Paul, who is resposible for the maintenance, we found him & Chris very helpful

JADE - Your shower screens are fitted.

Nice to meet Mags on site. Looking forward to meeting other CBP.s next year.

MICK & JANINE - We could have snagged for you while we were there if we had only known.

Evergreen have offered to check out the apartment free of charge but Paul Farmer says that he would be able to do it. Do you mind if we ask who originally did your snagging list.
