Turkish Bank, the rate posted is the opening rate at 9am.

The Central Bank daily rate is released at 10am.

Thanks for the info....my quote, was the prices quoted by the HSBC for changing online....this rate changes every 10 secs....I now understand that your quote is the daily rate.



In future, could you quote, both the buying and selling rates?



Your quote also gives an indication as to wether the rate will go up or down, during the course of the day..thanks
