Dear Mercgirl could you please let me know how old the villa is and if there is enough space to build a pool? Sounds like the title deeds are ready for transfer? Would you consider working through an agency?

yes there is plenty of room to build a pool.

what company do you work for and what % do you take reason i am asking is that im fed up with people just being nosey .title deeds are in land reg now getting the rooms etc written on the deeds.
