actually you might find your lack of custom boils doil to the fact that your bartenders dont speak english...a blank stare does nothing for custom....they might be pretty but folk need a little bit conversation.....sack the russians and hire someone who knows what they are doing!!!........

For those that are not aware of the location of the Cyprus Queen bar, the Queen being a Bee.

Travelling east to west into Alsancak follow the coastal/main road pass the Merit Hotel turning, at the next junction with a statue of "the golden lady" take a left, about 100m up the road is the bar, you can park at the side of the road or in the Atakara garage forecourt.



The Slovakian barmaid is excellent at her job, and the Russian girl has a lot to learn, but you have to start some where and I can not think of a better place to learn English than in an expatriate bar.



Draught Efes 3.5 YTL

Import spirit and a mixer 6 YTL

Excellent menu that even advertises lambs testicles for those above who are that way inclined!

Queen Bar, I think the Brits in particular think any thing with 'Queen' in it isn't necessarily 'Royal' and definitely gay.
