When is Court Summer Holidays

Hi, Does anyone know when and if the courts in Girne close down for their summer holidays.?

The summer recess for the courts is from 1st July to 15th September. However this does not mean that they lock up the doors. Crimial cases go on as usual. The civil cases are also dealt with in a limited manner i.e. they deal with applications that does not finalise the complete issue. So new cases can be filed, interim injuctions can be asked for or writs can be filed agaisst judgement debtors, non payment of alimony or non payment of monthly instalments as ordered by the judge etc. etc. can be all dealt with. However exchange of pleadings all have to wait until a week before the end of the recess.
