about 40 houses on the complex.
24 hr security.
in a beautiful area facing a Temple.

| there are 2 ways of owning a property in thailand
1 is a partner as in 7 shareholders who sign away there voting right in the company,normally they are ficticious people from the solicitors office.
another way is to put the house in a company name and the land in a company name.you lease the house from the company 30 years. 30 years. 30 years
There is a little more to tell.but it is all quite simple |
