you must ask a permission of course, but having a well doesn't mean you will have water - so many people have dig one and now a day they are dry !!! a lot of money for nothing at the end !!!

Hi Sylvie,

If you need a well building contact Lifestyle solutions, they will have someone come and check to see where the best place to dig first and then do it all from start to finish with a professional finish.

Biddy:

I have put a topic here for friend of mine

He does wells, water tank bedding, septic tanks

But his main speciality is digging wells.Luck of demand over the years for wells has forced him to dig "any old hole"for bread and butter

Although he doesnt deal with "permits",he can come over to give you "free on site quote" and assist you about weather ,there is water or not in your plot

ring me if interested on 05338739181

i don't think you can do anything that needs planning without your kochan in your name first.

as technically it would need to be the person who is named on the kochan who would need to get permission.

we wanted our land measured but they wouldn't even do that until the kochan was in our name.

jazzaktai:

Nobody forgot to tell you that "you needed permission"

That is something you must arrange yourself

But unfortunatly you are not the only one.In fact there are lots of Cypriots as well in this trap.

I'm sorry for your troubles

the last well we did was 17 rings this is the best way to gauge if you dont line a well dont both as it will in the end colapse on it self the rings work out at 50ytl in place and are put in with crane only way for a proper reliable well the more you use it the more productive it will become you could look towards 8 ton a day for a good well . And o well is this the last of the bicering i bet not

jazzaktai:

facts are right, providing water is there

Nobody is walking wallets

You cant know the guy I advertise for because he's never done work for foreighners (language barrier, both ways). The only way you may have seen him is that he also does septic tanks and bedding for sunk in water tanks and thats only for constructors.

But I do understand what you are saying better now that I've seen them with my own eyes, which is why I've become more apologetic. But would insist that this is an honest guy, just trying to make living

You can get permission for a well even if you don't have your kocan you just need the signature of the title deed holder.

when we wanted our land measured we had the kochan holders permission and they still wouldn't do it.

i guess it can go either way, not what you know but who you know, lol.

Hi Rose I personally two people who have had permission for wells. One is having probs because his builder won't sign the paperwork but the others have no problems and they definitely do not know anyone and they have received their permit in the last couple of weeks.
