Three bedroomed first floor flat available in Lapta. Small development of 18 flats, 3 blocks of 6. Fully furnished, even down to bed linen, communal pool, very quiet area, so would suit quiet people. Only 5 flats are lived in, the rest are holiday homes, just up the road from Rose Garden. 250 gbp per month, one months deposit in advance, looking to let for six months min. Sorry,no dogs.
