Hello, This maybe a stupid question but we have 2 tv's that we want to bring in on our container and they both have built in freeview. We realise that we can't use the freeview but does anyone know if for some reason the tv's may not work out there. Thanks

Any equipment connected with a SCART (DVD Players, Satellite Systems) or HDMI (Blu Ray Players, Very Modern DVD Players with Resolution Upscaling) Cables will work perfectly. The Analogue Tuner in your TV will also pick up the local stations, as long as you have an external aerial. The DVB (Digital) Tuner will not receive anything.

Dear Daffodils re3 msg 1 Your freeview TVs have both digital and ANALOGUE ( old style TV reception) built in As TC says the analogue receiver will still tune in ...BUT .. you may not get any sound - only a picture - as the tuners in the UK work to the same PICTURE spec - but not sound :( Bring the TVs, though, as TC also says the Scart / HDMI ( HD) leads will allow DVDs, VCRs and SATELLITE receivers from the UK or locally to work
