Dear all, we drove from Scotland to Cyprus (used a ferry for the water bits) and had a lovely time, very interesting but tiring all the same. We spent 3 great weeks at our apartment and just to sort of make some recomendations for people on holiday now or in the next couple of weeks:



Electricity Charges.....wow, keep an eye on your meter, it is really expensive !

Escape Beach....was not even allowed to take water in....water is essential.

Restaurants. we were put off by the name Pasta Mania, but came highly recommended by my neighbour Steve. well done mate, a fantastic meal, great service, not bad Italian Soave as well...worth a visit, we'll go back for sure.

Dolphin restaurant in Alsancak, great Meze, great Meat balls, great service...great prices....

La Ceme.....Cemmies Dad Onur, back from Turkey, his operation was a success...get well soon Onur my friend.

Riverside BBQ and Turkish dancing.....brilliant once again, can't believe the Dancer is the cleaner during the day.
