We can supply and fit Fujicool which is a Japanese brand built in China. About the best of the budget stuff here in TRNC.

9000Btu 350Euro

12000Btu 420Euro

18000Btu 600Euro

I had an extra one , 12000 btu, fitted earlier this year by "Nigel" recommended on this board but don't have contact details.

I went for high up the range Electrolux. I paid about 330gbp. Really class, silent unit. Someone will give you Nigel's contact details,

thanks contracts exchange around 3rd week sept will contact you closer to the time. send me your email address the lounge will require a 18000 btu and the two double can have the 12000 btu unless you recommend the 9000 btu thanks its on the second floor

Just reading your last posting. When you say second floor I assume you are referring to a block of apartments? Will will need to take a look as access may be difficult.
