I have a 3 bed apt fully furnished, wanting 55k but will take near offer. Top floor with mountain views and sea views. It has a pool but as most of the other apts are rentals it hasn't been filled. It is located just behind petara city, 2 mins drive to town, Double glazing though out and off street parking. We have been renting it out at £350 per month, though it is empty at persent.

We have a ground floor 3 bed 2 bathroom apartment in Dogankoy, part of a private development of 20 flats, only a short walk from Lemar supermarket. Part furnished all brand new furniture (included in sale price), white goods incl. gas hob, electric fan oven & fridge/freezer, would like GBP £65k but would possibly accept GBP £60k. Brand new communal pool, ample on-site parking plus there is a well on-site. A/C and double glazing throughout.

We have a 3 bedroom apartment for sale in central Kyrenia. It is round the back to Eciz 3 roads up, close to Royals dry cleaners. All white goods included,curtains, air con to every bedroom, Kibris insaat so a very good build. We have only used the place for 6 weeks every year so it is in very good condition.

We were looking at £60k but the price is negotiable.
