A colleague and I have managed to secure a substantial amount of packaged powdered water which is on its way to the island from Namibia. The powdered form has the advantage of expanding to 10 times its packaged volume on re-hydration and will be very useful for spreading around you garden plants etc. In larger quantities (It comes in 10kg packages) it can be used to top up pools etc, but in line with local Beledir water saving guidance should only be used for topping up the shallow end. I'll let you know when the shipment arrives.

Cor!!! Sounds good, what is the PH value of this stuff and can you mix it with well water? This could really take off if you lower the price in the winter time when there is not much demand people could stock up for a dry summer.

Just think, you could even do a deal with KKTC to ensure that tourists brought at least 10 Kg with them for a two week holiday - been done before in Cornwall so should work here.

Do I have to add water to this fantastic product? If yes how many heaped tablespoons per pack?

Scotch Mist is where the Haggis lives. Nothing like dehydrated water

Decline of freshwater reserves are due to irregular reduced rainfall, increased evaporation or increased usage of the resource base. Water is the most critical of all resources in Namibia. To reduce vulnerability to water shortages, the Government has been considering undertaking massive water supply schemes to transport water from rivers in the north to the central region, particularly the capital city Windhoek.

Looks like they have bigger water problems than us. Cant see you being able to export such a product myself.

Not recommended for emotional people.

Can have an adverse medical affect and cause bulging of eyes.

Suitable eye protection, goggles to be worn.
