"1. Allowing persons wanted by other countries to walk freely around the streets of the TRNC = Gov's Fault" There was no secret Gary Robb was behind it all, all you had to do was google his name and it probably would of saved all this for you personally. = Gov's fault, surely YOU have to take some of the blame for not taking the precautions. Buying in a foreign country is never simple. Buying in an unrecognised country for less than 1/2 the price? Surely that has to ring alarm bells? Was it greed? Stupidness? Naiveity? You decide!

And again, the UK has shown today how helpful it wants to be to the TRNC. Why should they assist the UK in capturing their wanted people? If the UK passport office hasn't issued him a new passport when he was wanted, he would of had to leave cyprus. Is that the TRNC's fault too? You should take responsibilty for your own actions....you signed....you paid.

sorry to disappoint you Burty, but when we bought back on 03/04 the UK director of AGA was very much kept under wraps - even the contracts do not show his name....it was not until early 05 that we were aware who was at the helm of AGA - read the blog back in Jan 08, this tell the story ! £110k for a 3 bed villa was not cheap by any means ! And the Gov did also ignore the fact that he was wanted - Deep pockets need filling ! xxxx
