Their owners are leaving the island......and this brother and sister need a home together. Not at all vicious, they are softies, lovable and great with kids. All jabs up to date, neutered and spayed. They are 6 years old. Have been used to living outside and are very obedient. If you can help, please call me on 0533 8397359 or leave a message here. Great guard dogs too.

I have such a soft spot for dobies having had them all my adult life, they are fantastic pets, so loving. Havent got any pets now as I go away a couple of times a year for 3-4 weeks at a time and wouldnt want to put them in kennels all that time, plus the cost. At the moment I 49% want a dog and 51% dont because of this. My head is ruling my heart at the moment, but not sure how long that will last.

still looking for a home for these two..... Have been told to add they are Doberman 'Pinchers' and would also like to add, they are not my dogs.....I'm am trying to help out friends. Also another picture added to the window of 'All Occasions', where you can see them a bit more clearly. Owners are getting distraught as time is running out. They won't take them with them as they feel they won't survive the 6 months quarantine in the UK.

Metin...why do the owners think hey wont 'survive' quarantine...?? Are they very old, or already sick? Even though quarantine is a little daunting to us, being locked up for 6 months, i'm sure it's not going to be a death sentence for them!!! Is this the only reason the owners wont take them home, surely a 6 month stint in quarantine is a better solution to being left behind to fend for themselves..??? DD

DD They believe they will miss the company of their family, kids playing with them, human affection basically. And the freedom they have in their large garden. They are not sick, but used to being loved and pampered on a daily basis. I told them my 13 year old cat made it here, but then that was only 10 days. They think it will be easier for them here.

If quarantine is the only reason for not taking the dogs with them, tell them to e-mail me. I know someone who can help. Ingrid

Metin, i can assure you beyond a doubt, they will not be better off staying here...if they can not be re-homed adequately they may end up suffering dehydration, starvation being chained to a tree without a prospect of hugs cuddles or even water and then if they are lucky to escape, they may then be poisoned!! I urge you to urge your friends to email Ingrid on the above post as soon as possible!! DD

DD Have no fear, they would not be left tied to a tree......... He will vet all potential owners carefully, he wants them to go to a loving home. Thanks for your concern.
