In March I am going to undertake a long flight for the holiday of a life time but unfortunately I am terrified of flying. Does anyone know if there are any hypnotists here or any other effective therapy. I should add perhaps that I have tried knocking myself out with tablets but they wear off after a while and I am seeking a longer solution. Can anyone help?

Half a tablet of the following, Valium, Librium & Mogadon washed down with a quarter bottle of finest cognac. That will settle any nerves you may have and get you to your destination! That's of course if the plane doesn't come to a sudden stop, like against a mountain!

Rowan thats awful for you but petecraig can help I know. Being with airlines for many years we saw lots of different approaches to overcome the fear. Tablets will only get you over that one flight. Book Him and overcome them all. You have nothing to fear but fear itself xxxxx R you know where I am if you need me xx

I don't know any hypnotists, but I am thinking about being a clairvoyant, but I don't think there's a future in it.



Also, I used to go out with a contortionist but she broke it off!



I hate crashing, flying doesn't bother me!

We had an exorcist living in our road until she couldn't make the mortgage payments.... Then she was repossessed !!!
