it's interesting that a new thread was posted on this the other day:

http://www.cyprus44.com/forums/1970.asp

i guess pia bella is getting more popular

their official website seems to be down at the moment:

http://www.piabella.com/

have a look here:

http://www.kyreniahotels.co.uk/piabella/

i manage gonorthcyprus travel ltd and also the above website.

i'll be happy to offer £10 discount for all hotel bookings that mention this post

i m sure your sister in law will enjoy their holiday in trnc.

when are they coming?

I have been staying at the Pia Bella over a period of 4 years now, and have during that time stayed at other hotels in the area, but we keep going back to Pia Bella, because they provide the closest home-from-home service that we have ever come across. The staff and service are excellent, and so friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

A central location to Kyrenia and its facilities, so you can't go wrong.

Great atmosphere, yet one of peace and calm.

Hi Jack1,

We have stayed at the Pia Bella twice and return in May.

NICE hotel, nice staff, breakfasts of good standard, i.e. Fried eggs freshly cooked, range of good quality cerials, cold stuff (Continental Yuck), juices, tea etc. Every morning thier is a change to the cooked option ie, Crepes, Omlettes. You must see Elvis if he returns this year!!

The Hotel has a decent exchange rate. It is about 15 - 20 mins walk for Girne centre, so good location.

Don't forget your pool towel or you will need to rent one.

Can't wait to get back. Jan1

The rooms above the Casino are for the use of the casino, No hotel guest are allocated in them.

Stunning hotel, consistently good, friendly service, doing plenty of bookings there at the mo as I know that there wont be any problems and My clients will be well looked after.

Indoor pool ( opening end of June

Hi I have just come back from staying at the Pia Bella,I found the Hotel very Welcoming on arrival even though it was 3.00am in the morning ,we had a lovely room over looking the football park which pleased my Husband,It was only a 10 minute walk round into town,we had the evening meal 2 nights then decided to try the Manipeni (I think thats what it was called) which is over to the right of the Hotel past the monument and had terrific T bone steaks cooked to perfection with salad and chips also a caraf of wine for half the price, they also do Pizza'a and Pasta's so its worth a try, not that I am knocking the food in the Pia Bella it just makes a nice change .

Hi, We are thinking of staying at the Pia Bella in September, does the hotel have any evening entertainment apart from the casino, been to the harbour so many times so would be nice to stay at the hotel if there is something going on.

Thank you..

My nana is staying there at the moment. She loves it. They have a guy who comes and sings frank sinatra stuff who actually isnt bad! He is a younger guy and everyone seems to like him.. Though im sure the entertainment changes.

Its a really nice hotel, great rooms - she had an upgrade and its gorgeous, food lovely and very friendly staff.

I also have the contact details of a number of Nigerian 'investors' who seemingly need assistance in redistributing umpteen millions of dollars. I am sure they would also be happy to receive your details.

Stay at the Pia Bella for 4 weeks Dec/Jan only get bacon Sat Sun Christmas Day Boxing day and New Years day because the Brits are in a minority a lot of Turkish people staying, plenty of cereals and other choice though to help yourself.

Staff are friendly and efficient, every morning you are asked if everything is ok if it isn't it is soon fixed. We always get a good rate for hire car too and when it gets dirty leave the keys at reception while you have breakfast and it is waiting for you all nice and clean when you are ready, good service.

We stay on the top floor of the main building and are not troubled by any noise, you wouldn't know the casino was there.
