| Hi All, We are seeking a Villa/Bungalow for long term rent, this will be for a period in excess of one year (money up front). Dogankoy, Ozankoy, Catalkoy areas would be our preference. Pool, Garden and house would be maintained to a very high standard this should be taken into consideration when negotiating the rental price. references are obtainable from our last landlord ( nearly 4 years). | There is a three bed villa at bufavento but no private pool fully furnished. |

| Hi Derek and Gail, Would you consider a 3 bed ground floor apartment? Its in Dogankoy (only 1-2 mins drive from Lemar supermarket), part of a private development of 20 flats. Communal gardens & pool. A/C throughout. White goods. Its (part) furnished; ie curtains, sofas, table/chairs, beds, mattresses, etc (all brand new) but no bed linen, towels, TV, kettle, etc. Its GBP £345 per month - we are willing to negotiate a little for the right tenants :o) The longer the better in terms of the letting period, just want the place looked after. Refs a must. We would consider a 3-month rental if that would help you out as the deadline approaches on your existing residence, giving you longer to find exactly what you are looking for. | Hi, we have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow in Ozankoy, currently let as a holiday home, but we've been considering a long term rent. Our last rental so far this year is mid september.
