Villa Cleaning and Laundry

I am looking for quotations for work involving the cleaning of a 3 bedroom villa and laundry of the towels and bedding.



Cleaning should include inside the villa, the terraces and poolside furniture. As part of my terms for the villa guests must leave the villa as they found it so it shouldn’t be a complete pigsty. I would say no more than 5 hours would be needed per clean at worst.



Laundry would mainly be sheets. There are 4 single beds and 1 double bed. Of course not all would be occupied for every rental. There are plenty of sheets and towels for a change over. One bath and one hand towel per guest is provided.



I would ideally be looking for someone located in the Esentepe/Bahceli region and is able to demonstrate a track record with references.
