Jackie, I've been maintaining my own pool here for over 3 years, and I've learnt that you're better off buying the best, and only buying once. Now I'm not knocking the place mentioned, or saying that their equipment is not good quality, but do ask them what make etc they supply, and then compare prices... Vaughan Williams of Octopus Pools (see banner advert at the top of this page) would certainly be one that I would recommend for a quote - he is also very knowledgeable, and free with his advice, which is handy if you hit a problem! He is also a very down-to-earth sort of a guy: - http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2673/3730609908_02b1fee32d_o.jpg - So you would never feel intimidated by him Keith.

I picked mine up from the Dark side (place just past Jumbo on the opposite side). At the time was far cheaper, not so sure about prices now, but may be worth a check next time you go over!

We bought ours from Siba - just past the lights in Girne. A range of prices and quality but agree that if you can pay a bit more to get better it is well worth it. One of the girls is really helpful and knows her stuff, the other is a total killer bimbo who we think was just there to fill a gap in the seat!
