I could put the price on here, but unless you see the full spec of the villa with photo's the price won't mean much.

I thought it would be easier to go to the website and have a look.

Anyway the price is around £425,000.

I presume the villa is on exchange land? Could not find the location of the villa on the website. Are you the owner yourself? If it is in the right location and not more than 2-3 years old I may have a client. Please advise.
