In previous posts you have described the Pajero as a 2.8 D. Can you confirm if it is 2.5 or 2.8 ? I believe that the 2.5 has timing belts whereas the 2.8 has a timing chain. If yours has belts can you confirm if they have been changed recently ??

Also what is the mileage ?

My mistake it is a 2.5 D and has 186500 miles on the clock.
