Hi,

Hoping to buy a 3 bed penthouse in North Cyprus within the next few months hoping to go out in a few weeks to visit. Could anyone recommend some of the best places to buy. There seems to be be an awful lot of places and they all sound good. We want a place in the Kyrenia area, close to the beach with shops, bars and restaurants close by. I have been in contact via the internet with two companies, these being Unwin Estates and North Cyprus International can anyone recommend either of these or any of the others.

Donaghy and Beyler, Sunbeams, Stringer, Medview homes, Firki terkin.

Firki Terkin have some beautiful apartments nearly ready excellant quality just behind the village of alsancak and near to all bars and restuarants and hire car depot. If you require a hire car ibo taxis are great and just below the firki terkan aparments. Ring Amy on from britain 0090 5338491648

We went with Danaghy and Beyler following recommendations from previous buyers. 6 properties now bought by family & friends. They have been more than helpful, were great when we were first looking, and continued service.

If you contact ask for Verda or Mark and say Hi from Francine.

We looked at a wide range of properties at different price ranges to get a good feel for what your money could buy.

Welcome to the forum.you are right there are alot to choose from.How long are you going out for.Is it an arranged visit or one under your own steam.I dont know if you are aware but it is a buyers market out there at the moment so take your time.Have you been out before,are you familiar with the place,how do you know you will like it.Sorry to give you the third degree but these are all the options you need to take on board.



We are buying an apartment in esentepe 200 yards from the sea and approximateley 1 mile from the golf course.Reputable companies in this area are greatstones and carringtons.Take your time Trevor and think it through good luck,

I would say a very good company to go with is carringtons . we are very happy with them .
