Has anyone tried to log on to Turk Bankasi website today? (4th Aug)

I transferred some money on line a few days ago and wanted to check whether it had gone through, but cannot access their website today.

I would like to express my thanks to Turk Bank for conacting me direct regarding the problems I encountered yesterday. I have always found their customer service to be excellent.

I have 'locked myself out' of the system on more than one occasion, and have needed to contact their web support team. Even when they were unable to answer a call, I've left a message explaining that I was in the UK, and they have always returned my calls within 24 hours to get me up and running again.

Well it seems to be the day for it . Turkbank internet help line have gone over and above customer service. I work in the industry in the UK and know just how poor it can be sometimes.



Called them up and they have sorted the issue, they called back when they said they would, checked my understanding, stayed on the line while I had a look at something just to see it was working rather than possibly having to phone back etc.

Lovely chap, I am impressed.

Lately they seem to be keeping office hours. Can easily log on in the morning but in the afternoons you get a message saying that the internet is temporarily not available, which I think defeats the whole object of having internet banking.
