Anyone out there with a villa for rent? I am trying to source some properties to view in mid May for freinds who are coming out for at least 6 months from June. Budget is around 450 GBP per month, Kyrenia and east of Kyrenia ideally.

Mmmm...I work full time here so I don't get much opportunity to actually walk into any offices, so consequently I do a lot via websites. When we were looking for a place, I contacted North Cyprus Rentals a number of times and never received a response at all. Gave up with them in the end.



I'm rapidly losing faith with rental agents here, especially the British ones. We had a really bad experience with one recently over our own place but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if they had anything suitable for my friends. I gave them details of exactly what we need, but it took them over a week to respond and when they did, they gave me 7 properties - 2 were not in the right area, 3 were way over budget, and the other 2 were not even close to the wish list. I just don't understand why these businesses do not appear to actually want to do any business!
