| Thanks to everyone who have answered my previous questions, now for my next question, the properties i have been looking at are all priced in £gbp, do i pay the money in the same currency or in NTL. Do i pay my money to the solicitor or the estate agent. I have booked to go over 03/05/08 for 4 days with NCI, are these reputable?. Anyone used them, how did they find them. |

| hi trevor, this aways seemed odd to me but very welcome because to pay in sterling saves you from forking out commission and protects you from currency fluctuations think it works because developers and agents keep sterling bank accounts ensure your bank realizes it is a sterling transfer there are pointers for independent solicitors here and I think the hbpg can warn you off some, also personal recommendations can be useful if you want to make a payment it is better to do it through your solicitor rather than direct you should not have to pay extra and it is like in uk of course developers and agents are always happy to accept your money! andre |
