Retired couple thinking of moving out to Northern Cyprus, would like to rent first before selling property in UK. Would like to rent 3/4 Bedroom Villa for minimum of 1 year, Must be private and have own pool. A/C and C.H.

Catalkoy, Dogankoy, Ozankoy, Karakum areas preferred.

These people are friends of mine and would make excellent tenants, I would think there are lots of villa's out there to rent so come on all you friendly people of Cyprus 44, any help?
