| Hi mercgirl I am intrigued, do you want this aga cooker for a property in Cyprus? They throw out so much heat you will die of heat exhaustion. I have used them and they are excellent to cook with once you get used to them. They are fantastic in country kitchens in England but I cannot think of anything worse in Cyprus. Also they weigh a ton and need to be installed by a professional aga engineer which I doubt you will find in the TRNC. The butlers wife |

| Hi mercgirl, an aga is fine in GB, but in N.C. it would be a waste of money. As the butler says they are wonderful cookers and throw out so much heat that you just would not be able to have it going from pos April until Oct/Nov. Even with an English summer I let mine out as it becomes unbearable in my kitchen and the heat just travels through the rooms. You need a specialist to build it into the kitchen as they come in blocks(sort of), and need to be serviced every 6mths for efficient running. Hope we havnt put you off completly but I think you need to think very hard before you install one in N.C. |
