Will have some friends coming in from Paphos and they would like to rent a car to bring to the North. Which car rentals allows you to go to the North?

Toneberg, I have done this several times and prefer Avis for hassle free, you have to buy extra insurance at the border, 35EUR for 3rd party and 70EUR for fully comp. (for 1 month).

Wasn't aware you could purchase fully comp at the crossing I thought only 3rd party was available. Must remember next time we are over.

Hi, I didnt either until I was told you could by the very helpful chappie in the booth at the border in May this year, so thats what I bought for peace of mind!!
