| Which provider do you use? Who lives near you that uses a different provider or have you a friend that uses a different provider? Check the reception from both providers first (borrow a Turkcel or TelSim modem) before you do anything else! I was on Turkcell (Ozankoy) and the signal was very weak even though I had extended my modem 6 mtrs up on the end of a 16 mtr USB cable (yes it works, don't belive all you read about 5 mtrs being the absolute end without a booster for USB), the signal was poor. I changed to TelSim, left my modem up on the roof and have had no problems with a weak signal since. TelSim coverage much better in Ozankoy for sure, maybe the same in your area but you need to physically check and not just guess. Good Luck. |
