BBC Prime and Lifestyle probs - is it Extend or Digital Supreme ?

Is anyone else having probs with their tv programmes ? Lifestyle and BBC Prime are a nightmare at the moment (for last few weeks). Regular freezing/breaking up or losing sound/picture for while. Other stations are lot better, Both Dig Supreme and Extend are saying it is the others fault !!!! Any ideas on how to resolve/prove where the problem lies ?

This channels are all illegal,and because of that there is nothing any of this providers can do about it.

I have the same problems and I have a sat and decoder put in by a sat company from lefkosa so i don't think it is DS

There is no problem with reception of BBC Entertainment with a legit suscription package - no freezing

The problem is that it relies on the internet connection. We had this problem big time. We have now moved and gone back to Digiturk. Had no wireless internet this afternoon but still had tv.

BBC is off at the moment was watching it one minute then it jumped to 107 channel

All I keep doing is installing the channel then it goes off again i give up

hi smithy.....

after scanning the box ...you have to restart the box from the remote to save the new channels otherwise you lll lose you new scan channel after you turn the elec. of . so

press menu and find shuttdown and press ok on reboot now ..and your new scanned channells ll be save.
