Long Term Rental Property Wanted

I am looking for a long term property, apartment or villa, to rent. I am retired, solvent, 56 years of age and have a long professional career behind me.



I am seriously considering buying and residing in North Cyprus. Would love to connect up with anyone or any Ex-Pat groups.



Looking for a good deal. Must be minimum 2-3 bedrooms though.

i think maybe 6 months initially with an option to extend upto 15 months depending on how i integrate into the community and of course if and when i find a home of my own ... have just decided that i would like to make North Cyprus my main home for now.

try Sunbeams http://www.sunbeamsestate.com. They have rentals and also a rent to buy scheme on certain properties. Don't know all the ins and outs of the scheme but it is something like.....you rent a property for 6 months or a year(not sure of the length of time). If you decide to buy it you get the rent refunded.

I would also like to expand on my request about wanting a long term property to rent:



musts: min 2 - 3 bedrooms, max 5 bedrooms, furnished, kitchen with full white goods, broadband internet access must be available + work, full sea views,



preferences: with pool (com or private), Girne or close to, other areas considered though,



ideal: if it comes with the use of a car and a cleaner all the better )))



Rental budget is £250 - £500 depending on property, location and facilities.



Tenure: I am quite happy to sign up for a 12 month period if that helps.

I have a 2 Bed 1st Floor apartment for rent/sale. It is on a development called Emarld Bay in Lapta. I will be looking for around £250 p.c.m. and would be OK with a 6 month tenancy agreement. If you like what you find and would like to buy I would knock off the cost of 6 months rental from the propoerty.

I will be arriving in NC next week and staying for 28 days at the Malpas. I will be looking for a long term rental as mentioned before. If there are any new offers available then i will be interested in looking at them during my stay.



To help landlords i envisage starting a tenancy from mid Jan to Feb onwards. Essential info:

Large 3 bed apartment with fully maintained mature private garden. Private terraces with pergola weave/blinds.

Superking Bed in master with ensuite, flyscreens, Diguturk included, dishwasher, large TV, DVD, etc, all linen and towels provided, microwave, coffee maker, 4 tonnes water storage, aircon/heating throughout. Non smoking apartment.Fully maintained grounds with pool, parking. 500m to sea. Block has only 4 apartments.

All equipment for satellite internet fitted, pole etc, you would just need to sign up for a package with the provider/ or you can get 3G which is what most of us use now.

Property fully managed, regular cleaner available ( extra cost).
