I am looking for several 1 or 2 bedroom apartments on the same site/complex, located in the Lapta/Alsancak area. The apartments need to be fully furnished, with communal pool, available now, for a minimum of 1 year let and priced between £250-300 per month. I have a falt to rent in Lapta, it will be vacant in Novomber. Can rent long term afterward.
