I have a friend that is here until the end of the week who has decided he would maybe like to buy a property here. They are looking for a 3 bedroom villa with pool.

Would Alsancak be in the "Lapta Area" for your friend?

I am trying to help a customer sell his 3-bedroom house, fully furnished, 10x5m pool, water & electric connected, for 110,000 pounds. If this is of interest I will send you photos.

I'm selling my house, fully furnished with all extras ( water well, remote garage, 10 x 5 pool, 1 donum garden with landscpe, 4 bedrooms, open dressing room.... etc) mail me for photos
