We cannot get BBC programmes

Granda is all scrabbled i think this ia all Nilsatt

rubbish programmes scrambled most of the time cant get bbc prime stuck with it for another 9 months I wont be renewing

No bbc = one unhappy wife (eastenders) doesn't make me too happy (Dalziel and Pascoe) but Granada ok, and show and al jazeerah and nova all good for sport.



I will probably renew, even though the wife would'nt.

always freezing son cant watch cartoons which was the main reason for getting it installed they came to sort it out yesterday but it was as bad i hour later and the guy dumped his van rubbish right outside our front door tried phoning to complain but as always the call was ignored

we are also having proplems,i was thinking if we cancel after one year do we keep all the equipment.we have paid for it so i take it we do,if not instalation would have been free like digiturk.

I spoke to dopi about these problems and they stated that the scrambled channels would be back by today (i know we have heard this before). They are also awaiting new equipment from korea, which apparently will solve a lot of the problems.

I had loads's problems when I first got it installed last November. After about a week they put new cable and a new dish in. Had no problems since, apart from the odd few seconds freezing. Certainly better than dodgiturk.

Had Dopi put in 6 weeks ago. Had them out twice so far to sort problems and to be fair they came next day after phoneing and sorted it, but....



Went off on saturday saying "no signal" rung them everyday since, still no one turned up to sort.Ive been told people off sick etc, we`ll ring you back, had nothing back from them. Was in town today and took the box with me to try and sort and their closed!! went back 3 times and no one around..........Rang, no reply.



We all know it not "by the book" before anyone starts telling us so!!



Is the end in sight.........?



Guess we pay the money and take the chance.. was just hopeing for more then 6 weeks!!!! guess I better start clearing space in the Garden for a big dish after all..

Still having problems with mine too. Last time I rang, they came out & fixed it it whilst I was out. They then called me to bring my box into the office to be updated & tried to charge me £75 for adjusting the dishes on the call-out. I refused to pay it but they said next time they had to come out to me, I would be charged. Surely if you pay for their service, any call-outs should be free? I am fed up, only got about half of the programmes they promised I would get. Seriously will not be renewing or recommending to friends due to come out here to live unless their service drastically improves.

If you turn the box off via the switch at the back, wait 20 seconds then turn it back on it sometimes sorts the problem out.

came out to fix it today after a turkish friend kindly spoke to them, it was on until half time of the football tonight and is now back to " no signal" turned it on and off, checked the leads etc, but nothing.



Ive had 6 Hours viewing since Saturday morning.



Very fed up.



What is the best alternative for football ??
