Hi all, In the autumn I am having a wood burning stove installed, I will need something to store logs in outside. I was thinking of a a rigid plastic type storage box. Does anyone have any better ideas and where I could purchase something suitable in the north. I do not like shopping in the south if I can help it. The butlers wife

Hi We were going to get a couple of green wheelie bins and load them up outside. Bought a couple of huge wicker baskets for inside. (Dont really like them in case anything decides to take up residence in there)

For the inside I use one of those large copper/brass bowls they used to use for boiling down the Karob's, that works a treat for the big log burner and keeps all the dust and grollies inside as well. For the small log burner I used a medium size wooden trough - loads of those around for sale as well. Again it is just enough wood for a full days use and keeps all the dust in one place, they both look good as well.
