Hot Tub/Spa re-advertised due to a change of mind! New in November 2007 and only used about 10/12 times. It is a 5 seater (with one lying) and has lots of air jets in the sides and bottom. Cost me over £3,500.00 new as part of the “dream” of retirement but have found that we do not use it or need it because we also have a swimming pool. It is in excellent condition and currently all cleaned out and ready to move (apart from the dust on the cover). It is most definitely buyer collects as it is a very heavy item even when empty and would need six guys to move it from its current position onto the back of one of the normal small Izuzu white flat bed style trucks (the Transit van of TRNC). Advertised at the bargain price of £2,000.00 for this item but I am open to sensible offers for a quick sale. If we had not had a swimming pool this would definitely have been the thing to have as the water usage is minimum and it is big enough for a dip pool in the summer with the added bene

Hot Tub - Part two. If we had not had a swimming pool this would definitely bave been the thing to have as the water usage is minimum and it is big enough for a dip pool in the summer with the added benefit of a hot tub/spa in the winter time. Easy to keep clean and cheaper than a pool to run. Thermal cover fitted to the top and well weathered wooden steps to let you get in to it. What more could you want for a permanent or holiday home where water is at a premium? Email me for more details or photo's if interested - located in Ozankoy.

fire starter, Will send pic's for you this afternoon, the ones I took originally I have deleted already! Really do not know how much electric it uses but when we did use it in the winter time my electric bill never shot up for me to say "Oh God!", in fact because we turned the pumps down on the swimming pool in the winter when we then used the hot tub there did not seem to be any great difference. I would say that they use less than half the electric of a swimming pool anyway because they do not have the same size of pump nor do they run for the same duration as the pool. So if you have no pool, you will notice a rise in electric costs but if you already have a pool and do not heat your hot tub water during the summer (why would you anyway?) then you may not notice it at all. Only time and use could tell you. Best I can do for an honest answer - sorry. Mick

How much water - errrrrm, more than a cup and less than a tanker - lol. Sorry, could not resist, think it is 800 ltrs but not sure. The hand book can not supply that sort of information and I can't stand with a litre bottle and fill it one at a time honest. I use a small submersible pump to take the water from my pool straight into the tub. Sorry. Mick
