go onto the rightmove.co.uk website.

go to property abroad and use the search facility, there were some on there about a month ago.

off plan, being built now in girne.

my son was looking but wasn't interested because of the title.

they may be what you are looking for?

DesiH - unfortunately I think you'll struggle to find something in central Girne at that price but hope that I'm wrong and you can find yourself a bargain.

DesiH there are 1 bed apartments for sale at Patara City in central Kyrenia for below £40k. See here for an example http://www.hbestates.com/PropertyDetails.asp?Reference=KYR1083 One of the agents has one for £32k but cannot remember which one.

Its quite funny really when the original thread clearly states "Apartment wanted central Girne - up to £40,000"

and then one reply says there are some for £45,000 and another says there are some in Alsancak.
