eelctric poles and transformers installed before build

Talking to a couple of kibtec installers the other day they are saying that from now on all poles and wires and transformers have to be installed before the builder can start his construction on new developments.



if thats the case its a good idea because builders seem to stall and push inflated costs onto the customer.



and at least the leccy will be on for you when you move into your new home



has anyone else heard this?

I thought this had been law for the last couple of years actually and it hasn't been enforced so far. Still, perhaps the new Government has decided to have a crack down and maybe I will get my electricity sorted after 3 years of waiting.

Yes, this was the law, although no one seemed to abide by it. Hopefully the new government will enforce this to ensure safety for buyers.

another lark if your developer cant stert build till then no builder will build the inforstructur witch also includes a 40 or 50k plus station and then start build after buying land no chance dream on again

well it seems to be the case in catalkoy supermarket owner is having poles done and in fact are wired up and on before he can construct house or whatever
