I have just returned on Saturday from N.Cyprus, Crystal bay park looks good. I met Paul and Steve they were very kind in helping me move the furniture up to my apartment as the road had just been layed, even Pauls wife carried things up for me which I really apreciated, as it was soring above 40 Degrees!!! THEY HAVE TESTED the electric on Wednesday. I have payed the final payment to Nurton just a couple of things for them to box of. I must say the complex is looking great, just the landscaping and the pool to finish really. If any body would like some photos you can e.mail me at jabber70@hotmail.co.uk

Not received anything from Nurten since the delivery letter back in June. We have emailed her a few times but had no reply. Has anyone else paid final payment.

Hi we are buying D5 CBP and not received request for final payment yet. Don't suppose it'll be long, what's another few weeks, it's only a year late!

Just as a matter of interest, did your kitchen and wardrobes ever get changed as there was some mix-up last year due to the contractor messing up the plans and you got our choices and we got yours. We are still waiting for the wardrobes to be changed. Are you waiting also?

We haven't had a problem with our kitchen and wardrobes - or so we thought - will have to check out. We still haven't heard from nurten re payment.

can i give you all a tip folks do pay until you have been out and completely happy about the site we have been down that road evergreen dont like finishing of sites believe me once you have paid they will forget you......

Hi all CBP,s

We have had final bill from Nurten which includes £2500 for EWS. Does everyone agree with this amount.

Trying to find out why we have to make two payments in YTL and Sterling to Kibtec. Looks like the development is finally completed. Friends going out next week to check for us

Looking foreward to meeting other CBP,s

Clayton: we were talking about you today. Do you want the optomistic or pessemistic view? Spoke to a couple who are moving on to your site tomorrow, after spending a couple of days here at CBV. They have been assured that the meters will be fitted tomorrow, hope all goes well. I'll try and keep you posted.

sorry guys, had a busy morning, and a torrential downpour this afternoon, hail, wind rain ( like the British summer ) so didn't get off site to see. I will have a look around tomorrow. I haven't seen Libby or Les either

Hi all you 'parkers' i can tell you that Libby and Les had their first night in their apartment last night. Libby phoned me to tell me that most of the electric meters have now been fitted and that they were looking forward to staying in their place at last!

The only thing left is to get water into the pool and get it ready for use. But you should all be aware that water is in short supply again over here and its better to have water for bathing than having the pool filled. Maybe yesterdays downpour will have eased the situation a little but we still have a draught.
